Accordingly, Mr Prunier's deemed interest of 50,166,550 Shares has increased to 178,044,300 Shares pursuant to 127,877,750 Base Consideration Shares being allotted to him.

Mr Prunier is deemed to be interested in 50,166,550 Shares (before the Transactions) and 178,044,300 Shares (after the Transactions) registered in the name of a nominee account of DBS Nominees Pte. Ltd.

The shareholding percentages in this form are computed based on 953,703,716 Shares immediately before the Transactions and 1,340,990,616 Shares immediately after the Transactions.
