Following Mr Chua's resignation, he will also relinquish his position as a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Company. The Company's sponsor, SAC Capital Private Limited, after having interviewed Mr Chua, is satisfied that other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no material reasons for the resignation of Mr Chua as an Independent Director of the Company. |
