Mr. Diaz Hendropriyono is our Independent Director and was appointed on 20 January 2023. He is currently a member of the Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Hendropriyono has been serving as a member of President Joko Widodo’s special staff since his appointment in 2016 until the end of 2022. As a Special Staff, he provided counsel to the President on matters of national policies. He was also a member of the Advisory Council of the Presidential Campaign Team between July 2018 and April 2019.

He is currently a member of the Board of Commissioner of several companies, including the Indonesia’s largest gas piping service provider, Pertamina Gas, a major player in the logistics and shipping industry, SiCepat Ekspres, a publicly-traded technology platform provider, MCAS, as well as an advisor of a national shipping company in the offshore marine industry, Segara Laju Perkasa. Prior to this, Mr. Hendropriyono served as a member of the Board of Commissioner of Indonesia’s largest cellular telecommunication carrier Telkomsel between 2015 and 2018.

Mr. Hendropriyono’s vast knowledge and experience in the Indonesian public and private sectors will be an invaluable asset to the Board and the Company going forward.

Mr. Hendropriyono is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Public Affairs with Virginia Tech University.
